Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped!
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location & the supplier:
- United States: 5 –14 business days
- International: 14–30 business days

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status!
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at triedandtrues@outlook.com & we'll look into replacing the item(s) for you.
Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses & thus arrive at different times.
