Refund policy

At Tried & Trues, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to love what you ordered! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at triedandtrues@outlook.com with your order number & a photo of the issue... we'll make it right.

Store Credit Approved refunds are issued as a store credit discount code, which can be applied to any future purchase. Store credit codes do not expire & can be used on any item in our shop.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at triedandtrues@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number & attach photos of the item with described issues
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
  4. If approved, you'll receive a discount code for the refund amount via email

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
